We begin with fresh farm milk, slow-cooked with pure Sahlab orchid tuber and mastic gum to create a uniquely elastic and chewy texture that melts slowly on the tongue. The cream is then generously rolled in a bed of crushed, vibrant green Aleppo pistachios, offering a perfect textural contrast.
